The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in CAD/design, proficiency in AutoCAD and Bentley software, and a strong understanding of Indiana DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Indiana DOT and/or DOT agencies in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bentley software required.
• Experience with OpenRoads Designer (ORD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce design plans for transportation projects, including bridges and roadways.
• Lead and manage CAD tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Provide guidance and direction to junior engineers and CAD staff.

Skills

Experience working with Indiana DOT

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Proficiency in Bentley software

Experience with OpenRoads Designer (ORD)

NBIS bridge inspection experience

Strong technical skills

Education

10+ years of relevant CAD/design experience
