GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Sr. CAD Designer to work within our Transportation and Infrastructure Unit in the Ohio River Valley.

The successful candidate will work out of our Fishers, Indiana office and enjoy working on challenging bridge and roadway projects. The team‑oriented environment will allow them to develop professionally and grow in today’s global environment. The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of CAD design experience, strong AutoCAD and Bentley skills, and ORD

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CAD design experience for transportation projects.
• Experience with Indiana DOT and/or Ohio, Kentucky or West Virginia DOTs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bentley; ORD is a plus.
• Ability to lead CAD staff and coordinate with junior engineers.
• NBIS inspection experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tasks to completion for time, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Task management and adherence to deadlines and scope.
• Provide advisement on scopes, budgets, and schedules; coordinates with project leadership.
• Collaborate with engineers, managers, and other CAD designers.
