Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with PDK development and validation.
• In-depth understanding of CMOS process layout design rules.
• Familiarity with various programming languages including: C, C++, JAVA, Visual Basic, Perl, or Lisp.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to new product development by designing CAD software.
• Develop and support P-cell devices for automation in design.
• Identify best practices in physical layout design.
