Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Director of Sales to join our client partner in Raleigh, North Carolina. This full-time, onsite leadership role requires driving cabinet and bath division sales, mentoring a six-person design team, and expanding relationships with residential builders to fuel growth in Raleigh and Coastal North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of leadership experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, or related sales.
• Proven success generating $2M+ annual revenue.
• Extensive experience selling to residential builders in relationship-driven markets.
• Strong knowledge of custom cabinetry, design principles, construction processes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Excellent business development, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Raleigh, NC; U.S.-based applicants only; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the cabinet and bath division.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of six design professionals.
• Drive new business development while expanding relationships with residential builders and contractors.
• Develop strategic growth initiatives supporting market expansion throughout Raleigh and Coastal North Carolina.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring revenue growth.
• Serve as the primary sales leader for builder accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Align sales operations with quality, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve sales performance, forecasting, and processes.
• Occasionally provide cabinet design support to ensure continuity for clients and builders.
