Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking skilled remodelers to join our growing team of home upgrade professionals. You will install remodeling products to Mad City's standards and ensure quality finish work on every project.

This role emphasizes clear communication with homeowners and management, timely project checklists, and respectful treatment of property. Candidates should have carpentry experience and an established business or LLC status where required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential cabinet installation, refacing, and laminate.
• Must have experience with trim and finish carpentry.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's compensation and general liability insurance.
• Prefer crews with vehicle that can transport materials to job site.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
