Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, seeks skilled remodel installers to join our expanding team. You will install home remodeling products, apply finish work, and ensure homeowner satisfaction at project completion.

We value 3+ years of residential remodeling experience, cabinet refacing knowledge, and strong communication with homeowners. Competitive pay, weekly deposits, and a flexible schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
