Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Window Installer to join our team in Des Moines. The role focuses on installing home remodeling products to our standards, with finish work as needed and strong customer communication throughout the process.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in remodeling or carpentry, experience with window replacements, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project closeout.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Great communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
