Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking skilled remodelers to install home upgrading products and finish work per Renuity standards. You will coordinate with homeowners and management to ensure high customer satisfaction and proper final payments, completing detailed job checklists on site.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential remodeling, knowledge of cabinetry, and must carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance, plus a qualifying vehicle to transport gear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops and backsplashes.
• Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance; vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to company standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
