Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of each client’s operations and manages multiple clients and accounts on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Leads coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, and payroll postings.
• Coordinates and reviews month-end reconciliations and prepares basic to complex financial statements.
• Completes sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and audit workpapers as requested by clients.
• Oversees workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts; supports special projects.
