• 2+ years of accounting/financial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: understand client operations and manage multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts.
• Day to Day Transactions: coordinate and process AP, cash disbursements, AR, cash receipts, payroll posting.
• Month End Processing: reconcile and review accounts, prepare financial statements and related workpapers.
• Other Quarterly/Annual Processing: prepare tax forms and audit workpapers as requested.
• Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
• Assist with internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consultative projects.
