CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking a Senior to join our CAAS group in Green Bay, WI, supporting Retail Industry clients with accounting and advisory services. You will handle day-to-day transactions, month-end close responsibilities, and coordination of financial statements.

This role emphasizes accuracy, client service, and collaborative workflow management within a national firm that offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting/financial experience required.
• Bachelor's degree required; related experience may be substituted for education.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of each client’s business operations and manages multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts.
• Leads coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts and payroll postings.
• Coordinates and reviews month-end reconciliations and prepares basic to complex financial statements; reviews GL, cashflow, allocations; creates process documentation.
• Completes sales tax returns and Form 1099s and prepares audit workpapers and other client deliverables.
• Oversees workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts; supervises and ensures efficiency and quality.
• Assists with internal audits, due diligence, system selection, and other consulting projects.
