Job summary

Envisioneering, Inc. seeks a Senior Communications and Networks Specialist to support the ONR and its S&T portfolio, addressing C5ISRT requirements.

The role requires experience in technology development, evaluation, systems engineering, and integration to help Program Officers build, manage, and execute portfolios aligned with naval priorities. The candidate will produce papers and presentations for diverse audiences, present briefings, and coordinate with contract teams for Statements of

Qualifications

Current TOP SECRET Clearance or eligibility for SCI.
Experience in commercial and military communications.
Experience in anti-jam, adaptive equalization, and bandwidth-efficient modulation.
Experience in standards, networking, interoperability, network management and security.
Understanding of Naval space-based communications relevance.
Experience in combat system and C4I interoperability.
Ability to coordinate S&T development with programs and schedules.
Ability to assess requirements and develop technology roadmaps for S&T transition.
Experience in Navy S&T program development and support.

Responsibilities

Assist ONR Program Officers in developing tech programs and roadmaps to close capability gaps.
Monitor and evaluate S&T efforts in academia, labs, and industry.
Develop papers/presentations for diverse audiences describing S&T portfolio and projects.
Present briefings to ONR Program Officers and executives as needed.
Collaborate with ONR contracts to draft Statements of Work and requirements.
Staff documents and briefings to secure program support and signatures.
