Job summary

MTSI is seeking a Senior C5ISR Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical focal point for Army C5ISR efforts at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will lead architecture, integration, and delivery of Next Generation Command & Control systems, aligning corporate capabilities with Army requirements to drive business growth across the APG C5ISR ecosystem.

In this role, you will collaborate with Technical Fellows and capability teams to translate warfighter needs into scalable solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 12 years of progressive Army C5ISR systems engineering and technical business development experience (or Master’s with 10+ years).
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority for Army C5ISR across APG and related customer engagements.
• Translate capability gaps into tailored C5ISR solutions with internal R&D and core IP.
• Develop account plans and capture opportunities across DEVCOM C5ISR Center and similar organizations.
