Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior C5ISR Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical focal point for Army C5ISR efforts at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

You will lead the architecture, integration, and delivery of Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) systems, aligning corporate capabilities with Army requirements to shape strategy and drive growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in Army C5ISR or Master’s with 10+ years
• Deep understanding of Army C5ISR engineering and S&T ecosystem
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership as the primary technical authority for Army C5ISR.
• Collaborate with Technical Fellows and capability teams to match internal capabilities with Army gaps.
• Develop account plans and pursue capture opportunities across APG C5ISR and related organizations.
• Represent MTSI at industry events to demonstrate differentiation and thought leadership.
• Lead technical solutioning for proposals, RFIs/RFPs, white papers, and demonstrations.
• Engage with APG stakeholders to surface requirements and shape future program strategy.
