Job summary

Integrated Solutions for Systems (IS4S) seeks a mid to senior level Command and Control Engineer/Developer for Aberdeen, MD, to advance DoD C2, Fires, and EW capabilities. You will implement real-time, multi-system integration within a DevSecOps framework, developing mission planning modules and modernized C2 interfaces.

Applicants should have strong software/hardware integration skills, teamwork, and the ability to interact with government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, CS or related field.
• Experience with Mission Command or C2 systems, Fires, EW.
• 5+ years in software development.
• Experience deploying software via CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency with Unix/Linux environments and scripting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to teams of engineers and developers.
• Design architectures for processors in military systems.
• Implement integrations across multiple components.
• Develop data processing algorithms for embedded/hw systems.
• Create analysis, visualization and mission-planning tools.
• Support hardware-in-the-loop testing and live testing at government sites.
• Engage with customers through meetings and briefings.
