Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks an Electronics Engineer to serve as a subject matter expert in C5I systems, guiding design, development, testing, and sustainment to meet program goals.

The role requires at least 6 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams. Candidates should be familiar with regulatory and cybersecurity standards and may engage with government clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in related C5I or electronics engineering roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Coast Guard's C5I professional community preferred.
• Strong technical skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and expertise on C5I systems across design, development, testing, and sustainment.
• Assess and validate C5I systems for compliance with requirements and specs; identify improvements.
• Troubleshoot C5I systems and propose corrective actions.
• Review and validate development and sustainment of technical documentation (user manuals, system docs).
• Draft technical reports, test reports, validation reports, and assessments to support programs.
• Collaborate with software, systems engineering, and HR IT teams to meet goals.
• Stay current with C5I technologies and apply improvements to performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and cybersecurity/data privacy practices.
