Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks a senior C4ISR analyst to support U.S. Marine Corps and Navy C2/C4I systems, focusing on Amphibious Assault Ship integration and MExW program support at HQMC CD&I in Quantico, VA.

The role involves developing system requirements, data-exchange analyses, and working with DoD and Joint stakeholders. The candidate will coordinate with acquisition professionals to ensure lifecycle sustainment, perform gap analyses, and contribute to formal briefings and AMC4RC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field; 8+ years of relevant experience; or 12 years of substantive experience in lieu of degree.
• Advanced knowledge of systems engineering, analysis, and design across DoD/Navy environments.
• Solid knowledge of Marine Corps/Navy organizational structures and functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop documentation on system data exchanges and C4ISR requirements.
• Represent USMC interests with International, DoD, Joint and Navy stakeholders on C4ISR policy.
• Assist in creating an integrated amphibious C4I architecture for afloat MAGTF operations.
