Job summary

Global Dimensions, LLC seeks a Junior C4I Analyst in Quantico, VA, to support a critical intelligence mission through all-source research and analysis on adversary kill webs, C2, communications architecture, targeting, sensors, and weapons systems in support of Marine Corps planning and decision‑making.

The role emphasizes timely, accurate assessments, strong writing skills, and the ability to integrate intelligence from multiple sources into comprehensive products, including kill web overviews

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and an additional 4 years of experience in the labor category.
• 7 years of relevant experience; may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of IC/DoD classification guidelines and procedures.
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily all-source intelligence analysis of adversary kill webs and related sensors, communications architecture, C2 procedures, targeting processes, and weapons systems.
• Integrate finished intelligence from multiple sources into comprehensive analytical assessments.
• Produce written and graphic intelligence products, including kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines.
• Identify gaps in Branch knowledge and coordinate to address them through research, collection, analysis, and production.
• Maintain strong writing and produce timely, relevant intelligence products per production planning and RFIs.
• Maintain understanding of adversary kill web systems and ISR, including kinetic and non-kinetic weapons.
• Understand targeting cycles, information flow, and decision-making functions.
