Job summary

Innovative-Reasoning is seeking a C4ISR/Joint systems analyst to support Marine Corps and Navy C2/C4I initiatives aboard amphibious ships. The role focuses on system requirements, interoperability, and policy liaison with DoD stakeholders at Quantico, VA.

The candidate will lead analyses, prepare briefings and formal documents, and work with acquisition teams to ensure cost-effective lifecycle support for marine IT networks and C4I assets.

Qualifications

• Capable of working efficiently within a military staff environment that requires coordination at Navy & Marine Corps and Joint Staff levels.
• Understanding of current and legacy information and communication exchange systems for ashore and afloat Marine Corps units.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and develop documentation on system data exchanges; define, design and develop system requirements.
• Represent USMC interests with International, DoD, Joint and Navy stakeholders that develop C4ISR policy.
• Assist in creating an integrated amphibious C4I architecture for afloat MAGTF and configuration control.
• Prepare MEU/Afloat MAGTF deployment readiness by tracking interoperability certifications.
• Work with acquisition professionals on cost/benefit analyses and requirements.
• Conduct document analysis, taxonomy alignment, and capability mapping for complex systems.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to refine system requirements and recommend integrated designs.
• Maintain mapping of USMC/USN/Joint systems to MAGTF afloat capabilities.
• Draft reports, briefings, and AMC4RC letters in accordance with DoD standards.
