Job summary

DEFTEC is seeking a Contractor Support to Counter-Uncrewed Systems and Counter-IED to assist in developing capability products under NATO governance. The role involves interacting with JE leaders, coordinating DOTMLPFI efforts, and supporting workshops and international collaborations.

Ideal candidates have an active NATO Secret clearance, a master’s degree (or bachelor’s with 5 years) in engineering or related fields, and 5+ years of program management experience within multinational or NATO

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret Security Clearance required.
• Master's degree in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, or related field; or a Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience.
• 3 years' briefing senior leaders/decision makers in the last 10 years.
• 5 years operational knowledge of C-UXS/C-IED functions at Tactical to Strategic levels within the last 12 years, multinational/NATO context.

Responsibilities

• Support development of C-UXS/C-IED capability products across DOTMLPFI lifecycle under NATO governance.
• Coordinate with ACT JE Capabilities Program Director for CT/FP and related stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing workshops, conferences, and meetings up to 40 days per year.
• Collaborate with national and international military and civilian organizations, centers of excellence and academia.
• Maintain program status information in ACT warfare development information environment.
