Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. is seeking a Counter-Uncrewed Systems and Counter-IED SME to support NATO HQ SACT CMDS in Norfolk, VA.

The role is on-site with up to 40 travel days annually and focuses on lifecycle management of CT/FP capabilities across DOTMLPFI. The candidate will work with NATO and JE Capabilities Program Director, supporting policy development, requirements traceability, and project coordination across international partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers within the last 10 years.
• 5+ years of operational knowledge of C-UXS/C-IED functions within the last 12 years at tactical/operational/strategic level.
• 7+ years of program/project management experience within the last 10 years in defense capability development.
• 5+ years working in a multinational organization such as the EDA or NATO structures in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Support development of C-UXS/C-IED capability products across DOTMLPFI lines of development.
• Support program management activities for the JE Capabilities Program Director and CT/FP Project Coordinator.
• Assist with elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation, and traceability of requirements and system specifications.
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and synchronization efforts across capability lifecycles.
• Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings supporting capability development.
