Job summary

DEFTEC Corporation seeks a Contractor Support to Counter-Uncrewed Systems and Counter-IED to bolster NATO-aligned capabilities. You will coordinate DOTMLPFI activities, elicit and trace requirements, and liaise with national and international partners to advance C-UXS/C-IED programs.

The role requires a Master’s degree (or Bachelor plus 5 years experience), active NATO Secret clearance, and extensive experience briefing senior leaders and managing complex programs in multinational settings.

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret Security Clearance required.
• Master's degree or 5+ years with Bachelor's + relevant experience in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, or related field.
• 3 years' experience briefing senior leaders/decision makers in the last 10 years.
• 5 years operational knowledge of C-UXS/C-IED functions at Tactical/Operational/Strategic levels in the last 12 years.
• 2 years program/project management experience in complex multinational or NATO environments.
• 2 years with multinational organization or NATO command structure in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the development of C-UXS/C-IED capability products across DOTMLPFI.
• Coordinate DOTMLPFI development synchronization and action recommendations.
• Organize workshops, conferences, and meetings with international partners.
• Capture, analyze, and trace capability and system requirements.
• Maintain program status information in ACT warfare development information sharing platforms.
