Job summary

ICF is seeking a Senior Specialist, C&I Buildings for a remote US role. You will help transform and scale utility program offerings, support pre- and post-sales activities, and coordinate with SMEs to standardize approaches across North America.

You will provide technical leadership in energy solutions including building electrification, demand-side management, DERs, and grid-interactive buildings, while evaluating new technologies to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in design, construction, operation, or optimization of commercial and industrial buildings with energy efficiency focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support capture activities, including market research and drafting proposals.
• Evolve C&I offerings with SMEs and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership on energy solutions: building electrification, DSM, DERs, and building technologies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to inform offerings.
• Support energy savings analyses and program design for client engagements.
• Share thought leadership and represent ICF at conferences and boards.
