Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
• 3 years of commercial credit analysis and underwriting.
• 5 years portfolio management and underwriting experience.
• 5 years proven sales record in commercial lending.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage a large, complex loan and deposit portfolio for new and existing C&I clients.
• Vet client needs and align requirements with bank products and partners; prepare term sheets and structure loans.
• Direct underwriting of loan transactions with support from Portfolio Manager and Credit Department; present credit packages for approval.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Administrator and outside counsel to prepare loan documents and close loans.
• Support the Lending Team across regional markets with diverse financing solutions.
