Job summary

DRW in Chicago is seeking an outstanding Senior Software Engineer with deep C++ expertise to join our Core Infrastructure team. You will help design, develop and maintain DRW's low-latency trading platform deployed globally, contributing to areas such as order routing, market data and risk systems.

The role requires at least five years building high-availability, latency-sensitive systems, strong multi-threading skills, and proficiency with STL/Boost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building high-availability C++ systems with tight latency constraints.
• Strong background in multi-threaded programming and hardware/software interaction.
• Skilled in performance tuning (Linux, socket I/O) and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with STL and Boost libraries.
• Up-to-date with C++23 standards and real-time data workloads.
