Job summary

DRW Holdings, LLC seeks a Senior Software Engineer for its Chicago office to help design, develop and maintain DRW's low-latency trading platform as part of the Core Infrastructure team. You'll work on order routing, market data and risk systems, leveraging C++ expertise, multi-threading and high-availability engineering to support global trading.

Strong English communication and experience with STL/Boost are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building high-availability, low-latency C++ systems.
• Background in multi-threading and hardware/software interaction.
• Strong performance tuning skills (Linux, sockets, etc.) and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with STL and Boost libraries.
• Awareness of C++23 features and implications.
• Experience building compilers, matching engines or real-time data handling.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain DRW's low-latency trading platform.
