NinjaOne is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team. You will define and enforce endpoint behavior across a managed environment, building scalable software for millions of endpoints.

You will work in a fast-paced, agile setting with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, reliable software. The role emphasizes enterprise-grade C++ development, kernel-level experience, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years C++ development experience, with proficiency in C++14 or newer.
• 5+ years of Windows systems-level C++ engineering.
• Strong familiarity with Windows kernel drivers.
• Experience designing or maintaining a Windows kernel-mode driver or service that runs on production endpoints.
• Comfortable designing from first principles for net-new systems.
• Drive technical design and cross-functional collaboration.
