Job summary

NinjaOne, LLC seeks a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team, building foundational controls for enacting endpoint security across managed environments. You will design scalable features, contribute to large-scale software, and ship reliable code for millions of endpoints.

The role emphasizes collaboration in a fast-paced Agile setting, with responsibilities spanning design, implementation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver impact and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of systems level C++ engineering, C++14 or newer, C++17 preferred.
• Strong Windows systems programming experience including Windows Registry APIs, CSP, WMI, and MDM bridge.
• Strong macOS systems experience with Apple Endpoint Security framework or equivalent.
• Experience with CMake and vcpkg, build and dependency systems.
• Comfortable designing multi-process C++ architectures.
• Experience with SQLite or embedded databases for local state persistence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable C++ features across core product suite.
• Commit code and ship products as a trusted engineer.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with engineers, designers, and product managers.
