NinjaOne is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join the Endpoint State and Control team. You will define and enforce endpoint behavior across a managed environment, building scalable, enterprise‑level software that runs on millions of endpoints.

In a fast‑paced, agile setting, you’ll collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Designers, and Product Managers to deliver high‑quality code, architecture documents, and kernel‑level features that power our security posture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of C++ development experience, with C++14 or newer.
• 5+ years of Windows systems‑level C++ engineering.
• Experience with Windows kernel drivers.
• Ability to design from first principles and write architecture documents.
• Comfort with sparse documentation and evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable C++ features across core product.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ship robust software.
• Lead architecture discussions and define subsystem contracts.
• Experiment with AI tools in development workflow.
