Job summary

NinjaOne is hiring a C++ Software Engineer to help build our automated endpoint management suite. You will work on the C++ agent that runs on customer devices across Windows, macOS, and Linux, implementing patching, install, and rollback logic in a scalable cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS, Engineering or IT.
• 7+ years of C++ development experience, with modern C++ (C++17 or newer).
• Experience with cross‑platform development (Windows/macOS/Linux; Win32 API, POSIX).
• Proficiency with gRPC/Protocol Buffers.
• Experience with embedded databases such as SQLite.

Responsibilities

• Review code for correctness, maintainability, and architectural health.
• Mentor senior and mid‑level engineers on the team.
• Identify gaps, propose fixes, and drive improvements to completion.
