Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in modern C++ (production-level).
• Experience with blockchain, distributed ledger, or decentralized protocols is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core distributed system and consensus layer components.
• Develop scalable, secure infrastructure powering on-chain applications.
• Collaborate on architectural design and protocol evolution with leadership and contributors.
• Write clean, production-grade C++ code optimized for performance and reliability.
• Refactor performance bottlenecks and contribute to RFCs and design standards.
