The ideal candidate will drive cost efficiency, manage the procurement lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with ERP, purchasing, or supply chain management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Source materials and services to support customer commitments and operations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms to optimize TCO.
• Develop supplier relationships to ensure quality and continuity.
• Monitor market conditions and supplier performance for risks and savings.
• Review requisitions to validate specs, quantities, pricing, and delivery.
• Create and track purchase orders through fulfillment to on-time delivery.
• Resolve PO, invoicing, and supplier issues to minimize disruptions.
• Expedite critical orders and address supply challenges affecting customers.
