Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or production buying.
• 7+ years in procurement activities.
• 2+ years with SAP procurement functions.
• Experience in power generation field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as reference point for others on supply chain topics and collaborate with locations/partners on strategic sourcing.
• Coordinate on-time delivery of goods and manage multiple opportunities/tasks concurrently.
• Develop and evaluate bid packages, obtain quotes, and establish sources of supply.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, change orders, and blanket orders in SAP.
• Manage inventory levels using lean techniques to balance cost and availability.
• Support vendor qualification, audits, and continuous improvement projects.
