Click Bond is seeking a Senior Buyer to lead procurement of materials, services, and equipment. You will work with established suppliers and drive strategic sourcing initiatives to improve quality, delivery, and cost, while mentoring junior team members.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in manufacturing purchasing, strong ERP skills (Epicor), and excellent negotiation and cross‑functional collaboration abilities. This on-site role offers growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate comprehensive purchasing policies and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of warehouse/inventory controls.
• Strong vendor terms negotiation to meet budgets.
• Ability to interpret contract terms clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
• 7+ years purchasing in a manufacturing setting; metals/plastics experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Procure quality raw materials on schedule and ensure timely procurement of services.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy for reliable operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve delivery issues.
• Mentor junior team members in purchasing practices.
• Lead strategic sourcing to identify new suppliers and improve cost.
• Minimize single-source reliance; expand sourcing options.
• Work with quality/engineering/finance to drive cost savings.
• Enhance supplier relationships to improve quality, delivery, and costs.
• Solicit supplier proposals and assess specs, pricing, and timing.
• Monitor market trends and communicate developments to stakeholders.
• Update supplier scorecards and vendor master data in ERP.
• Ensure compliance with routing guides to control inbound freight.
• Report hazards and maintain safety and cleanliness in the workplace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
