The Weir Group in Florida is seeking a Senior Buyer to manage end-to-end procurement and supplier relationships for mining technology projects. You will drive demand planning, optimize inventory, and coordinate inbound logistics to ensure material availability for operations and capital projects.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Purchasing or Supply Chain, with ERP experience and strong communication with vendors and internal teams. SAP and Power BI skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in Purchasing or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience in procurement and supplier management, including negotiations.

Mansioni

• Sourcing & supplier management: own end-to-end procurement, negotiations and RFQs/RFPs.
• Inventory planning & forecasting: drive demand planning and inventory optimization with MRP.
• Logistics coordination: support inbound logistics and material availability for operations.
• Continuous improvement: lead process improvements and KPI optimization across supply chain.
• Stakeholder communication: align with internal and external stakeholders on needs and metrics.
• Safety first: uphold zero-harm safety culture in all activities.
