You will drive demand planning, inventory optimization, and inbound logistics, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to meet project deadlines while upholding Weir’s safety standards and continuous improvement culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Procurement and supplier management skills, including negotiation and contract management.
• Strong SAP experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Clear communication with vendors and internal teams; exposure to shop floor and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement and supplier management, including negotiations and contracts.
• Drive demand planning and inventory optimization via forecasting and MRP.
• Support inbound logistics and material coordination for operations.
• Lead process improvements across supply chain; optimize KPIs and costs.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on supply-demand and metrics.
• Uphold zero-harm safety culture in all activities.
