Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel basics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders and supplier communications.
• Analyze demand to determine min/max inventory levels.
• Ensure accurate ERP transactions and on-time deliveries.
• Source and quote parts to improve lead time or reduce cost.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to match invoices.
• Drive process improvements and innovation in procurement.
• Assist Purchasing Supervisor as needed.
• Maintain status reports for production parts.
