You will drive supplier selection, negotiate terms, and optimize costs while maintaining rigorous quality and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in technical procurement or supply chain management; aerospace/defense or hardware experience a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and PLM systems; comfortable reading technical drawings and BOMs.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and delivering cost savings.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action in deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Procurement Ownership: cradle-to-grave procurement lifecycle from requirements to PO to invoice resolution.
• Strategic Sourcing & Cross-Functional Alignment: partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to select suppliers.
• Commercial Negotiation & Cost Optimization: lead pricing, terms, lead times, and MSAs; seek cost reductions.
• Supply Base Strategy & Health: analyze market trends and manage ASL expansion/consolidation.
• Operational Execution & Issue Resolution: mitigate risks and drive projects to hit KPIs.
