The Boelter Companies in Pewaukee, WI seeks a Senior Buyer to manage procurement and replenishment across assigned categories, ensuring product availability and cost competitiveness. The role analyzes inventory data and collaborates with Sales, Inventory Management, and Finance to support company objectives.

Responsibilities include purchasing activities, reviewing replenishment and POs, and maintaining optimal inventory levels while balancing service levels and working capital.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5-10 years of purchasing/procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial supply preferred.
