Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in planning and controlling inventory within supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Kanban, Oracle, or similar inventory systems.
• Planning and buying experience with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Adept at following written and verbal instructions and proficient with Microsoft Outlook.
• Effective communication across multiple sites, departments, and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Managing manufacturing planning to ensure on-time delivery and Kanban oversight.
• Handling supplier communications, negotiations, documentation, and records management.
• Administering financial transactions, scheduling, inventory management, and supporting problem-solving efforts.
• Developing and standardizing processes as a key team member reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Applying knowledge of international procurement and shipping cost models with Procurement and Global Planning Teams.
• Analyzing manufacturing capacity to plan inventory levels, locations, and forecasting programs.
• Promoting problem-solving around key deliverables and supporting Daily Management initiatives.
• Collaborating with material team members to ensure on-time delivery and material execution.
