Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain is required.
• 2-4 years of Purchasing and Supply Chain experience required.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing principles and ERP/DRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains stock inventories for assigned vendors and meets yearly fill rate goals.
• Uses DRP system daily to place orders and review portals.
• Increases product turns to meet company objectives.
• Monitors purchase orders and expedites as needed for on-time delivery.
• Processes vendor returns to move inventory efficiently.
• Reviews reports monthly to guide stock decisions.
• Communicates clearly with internal and external associates and customers.
• Participates in training and continuous improvement activities.
• Adheres to policies to support efficient department operations.
