Terberg Taylor Americas seeks an experienced Senior Buyer to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement execution for manufacturing operations. The role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to ensure material availability, cost targets, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in purchasing within manufacturing, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum 5-8 years of purchasing or procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation.

Mansioni

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, components, and services.
Lead supplier selection, qualification, and onboarding activities.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, lead times, and service agreements.
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities while maintaining quality and supply continuity.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards.
Support production planning with timely procurement and inventory management.
