LHH is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to drive procurement activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely availability of materials to support production.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in purchasing or strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Manage procurement of raw materials and production-related goods.
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, lead times, and terms.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships while monitoring cost, quality and delivery.
• Partner with planning, operations, engineering and supply chain teams to support production requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supplier/material risks.
• Experience working within an ERP/MRP system.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to support purchasing and sourcing activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support production. The ideal candidate brings strong purchasing experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, engineering, and other key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or strategic sourcing experience, preferably within manufacturing
• Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and/or production-related goods
• Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, lead times, and commercial terms
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Partner with planning, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to support production requirements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and help mitigate supplier and material risks
• Experience working within an ERP/MRP system
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
