Job summary

LHH in Kentucky seeks an experienced sourcing and procurement professional to develop strategies for materials, components, and external services supporting manufacturing operations.

You will build strong supplier relationships, lead negotiations, and ensure continuity of supply while managing data integrity in ERP/MRP environments. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
• Experience working with ERP, MRP, or similar business systems.
