Job summary

Calix is seeking a Lead Business Writer, Communications (Remote – USA) to identify and craft compelling external stories across press releases and executive communications. You will own stories end-to-end—from interview to publication—while coordinating with our PR agency and ensuring accuracy, credibility, and business impact.

You will synthesize customer interviews, product strategy, and market context to shape narratives that resonate with customers, analysts, investors, and media.

Qualifications
