Jabil is seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager (Pharma/CDMO) to own P&L and drive strategic customer partnerships. You will lead contract negotiations and pricing strategies while working with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and growth.

The role requires 6+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or CDMO environments, with a strong background in aseptic filling or drug-device products. You will report to site leadership and influence key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, CDMO, or related regulated industries.
• Experience managing customer accounts, commercial strategies, and P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in aseptic filling, sterile manufacturing, or drug-device combination products.
• Proven success in contract negotiations, business growth, and customer relationship management.
• Strong financial, operational, and leadership capabilities.
