Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Clarify system, workflow, and process needs with operations to understand the purpose and content of requested enhancements
• Assist customers with understanding system functionality and process flows and optimizing their use of assigned applications and specific project-driven tasks
• Analyze customer workflow and processes and assist with reengineering department work; update customer strategies and improve account flow and reconciliation processes
• Translate customer requests into program specifications for assigned tasks; understand clinical and business functions for new customer file testing and implementation
• Document business requirements and technical details using Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and related tools
• Lead and facilitate meetings with project teams including end users, management, and IS staff
• Develop detailed technical design for workflow automation and implement system changes with monitoring for outcomes
• Identify system enhancements to improve business processes and future needs

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
