Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document system requirements and user stories.
• Support creation of diagrams and specifications.
• Participate in walkthroughs and testing support activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand system behavior.
• May be called upon to support critical escalations and must be available during urgent IT incidents as needed.
