This role supports new products and ongoing processes, ensuring risk controls and business requirements are met. You will design and execute UAT plans, work with cross-functional teams, and leverage SQL, Python, and automation to streamline testing and data analysis while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience required.
• Five years of experience in UAT/system testing, credit underwriting, or related field required.
• Three years of data analysis using SAS, SQL, Python, or related database analytical software required.
• Experience building and implementing automated solutions for manual processes required.
• Translate high-level requirements into technical specs and design effective test plans.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business change requests for the loan origination system.
• Collaborate with business owners and developers to clarify requirements and implementation approaches.
• Design and execute comprehensive UAT test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate UAT activities, track results, and manage defect resolution.
• Perform post-production validation and monitoring to confirm changes function as intended.
• Document test results, findings, and recommendations clearly.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, including automation.
