Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience required.
• Five years of experience in UAT/testing, credit underwriting, or other related field required.
• Three years of data analysis using SAS, SQL, Python, or related database analytical software is required.
• Experience building and implementing automated solutions for manual processes required.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze business change requests for the Bank’s loan origination system, assessing impacts to processes, controls, compliance, and system functionality.
• Collaborate with business owners and developers to clarify requirements and recommend practical, risk-aware implementation approaches.
• Design, document, and execute comprehensive UAT test plans and test cases that validate business requirements and identify defects prior to production deployment.
• Coordinate UAT activities, track results, and manage defect resolution.
• Perform post-production validation and monitoring to confirm changes function as intended.
• Document test results, findings, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes, with an emphasis on automation.
• Support new account acquisition processes, including managing and updating internal datasets, drafting specification documents, reviewing exceptions from automated monitoring, and performing ad-hoc data analysis.
